Very disappointed with Acceptance Now. They refuse to abide with their own written contracts!!!! Very unprofessional. Beware when signing up on contract. They asked for half the price of my purchase the second week of having it. What a joke. Pay almost a $1000 for a $350.00 priced item. I will NOT be shopping at this store. Best Buy here I come!

I purchased a stove with this company over two years ago and paid faithfully every month during that time. The stove stopped working on Christmas Eve, 2015 . The company refused to even consider assisting me in rental of another stove so I could prepare our meal which I had already bought. I had purchased a 5 year insurance plan on the stove the day I bought it, BUT THEY STATED I HAD NOT. They had never sent me the paperwork for the insurance but I finally found the documentation proving that I had paid in full for the insurance on the day I bought it. The stove was finally repaired yesterday, FOUR months after it quit working. They have continued to try to make me pay a monthly payment for a non working stove, which I refused to do. I have returned the stove today in "like new" condition with no credit for my 2 years of payments and a major hit on my credit rating. PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY HAVE VERY POOR COMMUNICATION BETWEEN THEIR REGIONAL MANAGEMENT TEAM AND THE STORES AND YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN IF A PROBLEM OCCURS. MOST NORMAL WORKING PEOPLE I KNOW HAVE HAD A STRUGGLE IN THEIR LIFE AND MAY HAVE TO FINANCE. BUT THIS COMPANY IS ONE OF THE WORST LOAN SHARKS OUT THERE !!

Treat their clients awful. Disrespectful bunch. Shaming clients is not the way to perform business.

Every time I go onto the acceptance now website to pay the website is broken.

I have done business with this company for almost six whole years now. I've always had a pleasant experience with them. They've been very helpful every step of the way! Whenever something came up and I needed to adjust a payment they were more than willing to help me out! I've been able to pay off every single item I've ever gotten through them, and within a reasonable amount of time. Never once have they ever had their call and or harass me, simply because I make my payments and I make sure they understand everything that's going on with my financial situation in accordance to my contracts with them. Definitely recommend people try this out, but first make sure you ask an associate for information before signing. ;)
