I needed a small loan for an unforeseen bill. I had a letter from them about their business but never had any need for them. I thought I would check them out. Never saw reviews until I got there and was waiting. I thought “oh no I better leave”. Johnathan comes to help me. One of the most caring young men who helped solve my problems. The other young lady Angela, was constantly busy with a very upbeat attitude even answering the phone over and over. They were both very professional and extremely friendly and wanting to help. If you need loan, you need to check them out. I have borrowed from banks who could care less but these employees try everything to make you visit one of them caring about your needs. I don’t know why the negative reviews because I could not have asked for any better professional treatment.

I heard bad bad things about this place when it comes to car loans. Half the dealers in Cleveland go through Lendmark no thank you I will pass I got a chapter 7 hell I will need a co-signer and my interest rate probably will be 26 percent. Can you imagine paying for a car 3000 dollars more than the listed price. I got a ride from Easy Auto two years ago. Easy Auto goes through Acceptance. Yeahhhhh 2008 Ford T&C mini van 17, 000. but valued a 7000 this was in 2017. Lendmark is no better then my payments were 360 dollars. Lendmark I bet will do the same. Payments set so high that you cannot afford them litterally meaning something important is not getting paid like a light bill. So the ride gets repossessed then you will get sued for the rest. But you file Chapter 7 and owe nothing. Yeah that is what I went thtough with Acceptance and Easy Auto. I bet Lendmark is no different.

Was told I could get a loan with a co signer and when I got a co signer I called back and asked them if the co signer had to be with me or if they could do it another way considering they lived 3 hours away and they said that my co signer could sign only if we have the same address and we live in the same house. Really!!! That's false a co signer can be anyone as long as they have good credit .

Your company is full of s#@*!!! Thanks for being another wasted moment of my life. This is another company that want give the struggling person a chance in life. You better have great credit and money in hand before trying to get a loan. Because they consist of you having money first when you try to get money from them. Of course I don't have money right now, that's why I'm needing the loan. Nope they rather just waste your time and tell you what to do to pay something off that you have tried to work out, and then leave you broke in the end still with the same issues you was facing.
