Recently took out my first loan with One Main. Evie was an absolute pleasure to deal with. She has a wonderful personality that fits perfectly with her position. The interest will be higher at One Main because they work with people with damaged credit. However, pay your loan off quicker by doubling or tripling up and it won’t end up being so bad. Highly recommended.

I have had nothing but horrible experience with this place. The so called "office manager" is rude and disrespectful and talks to people like they are a kid. Hopefully someone higher up will see this and take action soon. this lady needs some customer service skills and needs to learn to talk to someone. she knows who she is!!!

Very friendly people. They will try better than most other financial places to help you. An employee's attitude usually is a deciding factor in the decision to return to a place or not. I actually got a loan with this one company just to get out of a loan with another local loan company because the employees were rude at the other loan company. I highly recommend OneMain. I have been a customer for about 2 years now.
