I paid my loan IN FULL. They did not report this to my credit report. They appear on my credit report as my owing them money and that I am late on paying. Again I paid my loan off IN FULL! This affected my credit badly. I had to call them in HIPES they will correct this indiscretion.

Paid off loan 4 months early, saved $20. Installment Account Handling Charge (IAHC) was $26 a MONTH and only saved $20 when paying off loan 4 months early? Should have gotten 3 of those charges back. Asked the associate to show me the math and she would not. Loan shark. Do not recommend. Stay away. Go anywhere else in Cleveland.

I worked at branch 153 in Cleveland TN for 2 months. It was a very toxic environment. Not good training but very high and unatainable goals. A bad experince for me.

Worst loan company out there. They will try to sue you for a $20 fee that they don't tell you about and when you ask about it they have no reason why it's there, but demand to be paid anyway. Horribly shady company with rude agents.

Was charged 200 interest in a loan I kept for 8 days. I thought loansharks were illegial
