I am currently a customer. I have paid all of my payments on or before my due date. I love the convenience of being able to call in my payment over the phone to pay with my debit card. I HATE that they are constantly calling me trying to get me to renew my loan. They leave me voicemails when I don't answer and they call all of my relatives that I used as references telling them "Please tell Angelina to call us. We have some wonderful news for her." I have asked them repeatedly not to call my family but they continue to do it anyway. It is none of my family's business that I have a loan out and it infuriates me that now half of them know. They called me a few minutes ago and I didn't answer so they called right back from a different number. I used reverse look up to make sure and when I saw that it was Security Finance, I blocked them from my phone and I'm going to tell my family to do the same. We had a good thing going until all of the non stop phone calls. Bad move guys. When my loan is paid off, I will never use you again.

Worst loan company ever they call everyday about getting their money and ive told them time and time again we dont have it at the moment so today i have it and im paying it off i would not advise using this company they have called amd pestered my family as well ridiculous
