This place was absolutely amazing, especially Harley. She is exceptional and helped us with everything we needed. I definitely recommend her.

This place does great as long as everything is going well. Although they are a separate entity from the place that sold us our lawn mower, I am still more than aware of how business-to-business relationships work and loaning on a lemon is bad business. What is worse is when we reached out for help to speed up the process of having our lawn mower fixed, we were told it wasn't 1st Franklin's problem. That's not what this contract says, especially since Columbia Outdoor Power would be responsible for reimbursing 1st Franklin in the event of defective equipment. What about our reimbursement? A working lawn mower? Every time it goes in a shop it sits there for weeks. This last time, it ran right out of its warranty period. Now we are stuck with harassing phone calls from this establishment and a mower that does not work because as long as 1st Franklin gets their money, they don't really care about the condition of the equipment they are loaning for. Even though they know we have consistent issues with this mower, ALL WITHIN THE WARRANTY PERIOD, they have reported us holding payments to our credit, so I want to make sure they don't get away with being an irresponsible business that tells its customers it is their problem when they have loaned on a lemon. A BRAND NEW ZERO TURN LAWN MOWER THAT COST OVER $5,000. It has been broke down because manufacture defects for far longer than we have been able to actually use it. Not 1st Franklin's problem, though! As long as they get that money. I get skeezy loan company vibes from this place. Stop calling my phone. Your payment is processing even though this garbage equipment still doesn't work.
