Worst experience I have ever had! I was talking to a lady I believe her name was Pam? She was constantly on and off her phone. She couldn't pull ANY information for me. When I asked a simple question she made it seem like I was 2 inches tall. I just told her I would take my business else where. She was very rude to me and to her coworkers. STAY AWAY!!

I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. Whom ever was working on Tuesday June 11th needs some guidance on how to talk with someone. I had to renew my license, so I downloaded the paper copy online because some people work all day and do not have time to go renew and wait in line all day. The way she told me that I shouldn’t have done that was very insulting so, if I was you do not cash a check or work with them on any other services they offer. I could continue to complain about it and go into detail. If they are like that with that then I can only imagine how it would be if your going to be a day late on a payment.

Wish I could put negative stars....so rude....I have been a customer for 10 years...used to go to Lawrenceburg TN store ( Amazing Staff) had to transfer when I started working in Columbia...lazy, rude, slow service, makes me feel like I am hindering their personal business...lots of payday companies, I won't be using them again!

Stop littering in my yard with your advertising.. if you want to advertise, then buy a billboard!!!!!
