Wonderful service,but the struggling fish in a tiny tank of brown water was distracting and upsetting. A Barb like the office pet kept at OneMain should be kept in at least a 20 gallon in a group of 5 with a filter that pushes oxygen throughout the tank in order to prevent the brown water and unhealthy condition of the current fish. Frequent water changes and larger tank volume will help with the proper husbandry needed to keep live fish at this location. If you cannot keep live pets humanely,it is best not to keep them in the office at all.

I was very disappointed in the the service I received. I informed them before I drove 25 miles that the back door on my vehicle was very messed up, but did open and shut. I was informed that it was fine, as long as the mileage was right and that it ran. The next day, I got my car to Columbia I was informed by a different employee (Because the one employee helping me was off for the day)that I may not have disclosed the damage, but they could not help me. However, he was willing to give an additional personal loan for 1500 on top of the debt that I was trying to consolidate.It was just poor business.

Nice people but I will never have another loan from OneMain. There's no way to check the remaining balance of my loan. I have to call the local branch to find out how much I owe. They give a pre-computed price if you were to have the loan for the full term. I was told I could find the payoff on their website under my account but when I go to check, it says to "call your local branch for payoff information." Absolutely ridiculous.

One of the best financial companies I have dealt with they really want to help. And make things easy and they care. Thanks OneMain Financial

OneMain Financial has no idea how much they have changed our financial life when they approved me for my loan!!!! Thanks so much !!!!! I actually now have money left over each payday, where I was struggling to make several payments I had elsewhere..... Highly highly recommend for anyone to consolidate your bills with OneMain, and erase your financial worries!

Unfortunately I chose one main to get a loan through. They rushed through the process and didn't take the time to explain anything in regards to the loan. It seemed like they was trying to see how many hoops I could jump through before approving me Then once approved they told me my application expired and my credit had to be run again. Kristi and Linette, the managers at the Columbia branch are both rude and very unprofessional. Stay as far away as you can. Do not do business with these people unless you want your credit impacted and to be left empty handed.
