Applying and receiving the loan was as fast and as easy as any we have done.

Definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. The company is extremely unprofessional. They are relentless when they call and refuse to work with you when you have a hard time. Paid my entire loan in full and was told they wouldn’t offer me another loan due to having a hard time reaching me. They are RELENTLESS. Constantly calling, going to my home, calling my work, it was ridiculous. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT waste your time. Not to mention the lady on the phone was almost rude when informing my that she wouldn’t even pull my credit to “hurt me”because they had such a hard time reaching me. Do yourself a favor and don’t bother. I’ll use Security Finance next time I need help. MUCH better experience with them.

The previous review has left out a important piece of his story. IF you pay on time you will have no problem with this company. I have had a loan with them for 6 months, it has improved my credit rating and they have been nothing but polite and helpful. Obviously this company has higher interest rates because it caters to those of us with not so perfect credit.

Horrible Experience with Regional Finance. These people are loan predators that prey on people in a bind. Once you get a loan, they will show up at your house, at your place of employment and call you 10x a day if your payment due date is coming up and they haven't received payment. They also use a local attorney to file a claim in court against you if you do go past your payment date. Once you get to that point a judgment is entered and it basically ruins your credit forever. DO NOT get a loan with this company or you will regret it.

If you need someone to drop the ball on your personal needs, please by all means- these are your people!! No, this review has nothing to do with delinquency, either-- in fact, due to the COMPLETE LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE, we paid off my husband's live check loan before his 2nd payment was due. Many better options in the Columbia area.

The employees are helpful and honest...if they can help secure a loan they will and for some reason they can't they will say and give you the reason they couldnt
