Was very courteous and helpful when I came to the store. The manager was super quick and made the whole process so easy. Will be going back again.

I only had a 3 day check! I was in need of some cash to get me through till I got paid again. I had called a few places. Just to be put on hold or told to leave my number then the next available agent would call me back. (It’s been over 24 hours the other place still hasn’t called) I could remember seeing the building one day while I was in town. So I looked the number up. I actually got a person on the phone. She was very helpful. I had 1 hour before I had to be at work. I explained this to the lady on the phone. She said no problem. Shouldn’t take 10 min. I gave her my info on the phone. Got there with in 10 min I had the cash I needed. Thank you Liz!! If you need cash call or go see Liz!!

Check into Cash on Willow in Cookeville, Tennessee I pawned my title there 3 years ago, the staff{well one staff member Haley in particular was not a nice person at ALL}I did give them a bad rating back then simply because I hated going in there to even make my payment because of that girl named Haley. She was very mean she would not call me when my payment was due, she would call me when the tow truck was out looking for my car, because I have a bad memory and Jami Stewart who works there now (along with ALL the other great girls that work there now) she calls me every day for 3 days before my payment is due so I don't forget. And was super nice when I paid my title off. I don't think the owners knew how the other girls were treating everyone. But they are great now. And if you just want to go there to look at pretty girls stop by CHECK into CASH!!!

A predatory business scheme that is only legal due to semantics regarding interest and fees, and overly broad substantive language defining "loans" and "cash advances." The exorbitant fees are designed specifically to create a neverending cycle of debt for the consumer, and a neverending flow of fees to the predator. Demographics conclude that the majority of people who resort to "payday loans" or "cash advances" are both destitute and impoverisheid, relying on this predatory scheme out of sheer desperation.

Alexis is amazing at what she does. Super friendly service, fast at what she does and great at explaining any questions that need answered and goes above and beyond. She’s the one to go to if you need anything done. I would recommend this store and her over any other ones. Amazing store and amazing people that work there

Mindy is super efficient,courteous, and very helpful.She will try to make the whole process easy and as quick as possible, and explains everything so that there is no misunderstandings, if you have questions she will answer them in a way that is very clear and to the point without being rude.I will continue to do business with only this store because of the outstanding service,kindness of these employees. I highly recommend that if you are in need of these services, you choose this location.
