Very nice staff. They were very friendly and will recommend this store to my friends and family!

I’ve had nothing but great experiences with Covington. The staff is friendly & professional, they get everything processed quickly so I’m not stuck waiting for hours. As with any loan company if you make your payments on time & communicate if you can’t versus dodging calls etc then you won’t have an issue.

Whoever they have changed over to is a terrible company I suggest to find other methods of credit build

The manager Angela is very rude. I have a close friend whom was not even 5 days late, called Angela let her know would be late and the way she spoke to my friend was terrible. I will never do business with this company and I suggest human resource get a direct line for complaints. Extra favors to upper management lets you treat customers the way you want and not have any consequences for your rude actions.

The girls are doing a great job,Betty is an amazing manager I always look forward to working with her here in Cookeville. Thank you Betty for a great experience!
