I recommend going elsewhere if you need a loan. I called to find out information about our loan pay off and when there is an overpayment and Jennifer was very rude and seemed like she didn't even want to talk to me. I was trying my best to explain to her what I needed to know and she was just very unprofessional and rude. I would never recommend anyone going here.

They will withdrawal a payment and still have your vehicle repossessed after telling you it's all good. Liars.
