This place is great! From loans to taxes, I would never go anywhere else! Jessica Johnson and her team at the Covington location are the best for sure and I'll always refer them and always be back!

I LOVE World Finance. They always come thru for me. The are so nice and friendly. Very easy to work with. They work hard for you!!!!

The amount of disregard for human decency I experienced at this location is highly unacceptable. To be called a liar, and spoken to as though I were not an educated individual was appalling. I went there when I was in a time of distress, and have recently fallen on harder times, the branch manager has allowed her employees to take liberty with the words and phrases they use with customers. I have since moved my account via the corporate office to another location, I have been assured via customer care that this situation will be delt with in a reasonable manner, however the lack of empathy and remorse for the event[[phone call]] that took place will always stand in the forefront of the entire company. I would not recommend this location, nor this establishment. It belittles and demeans its customer with a blatant disregard for the meaning of customer service and collections. Please take this into consideration when looking at options for quick loans. They will appear relatable, friendly, and empathetic, and the moment you say I have a problem and need to make adjustments, the tables will turn and you will be in disgust at how dark and sinister the employees can be. Thank you for your time world finance, but I will close this account and will encourage my peers to explore other local establishments for their quick loan needs. We have several with outstanding customer service skills employed. I hope they correct this issue and that the damage by these employees is minimal. This is a small town and word spread fast. I was always taught, you do great work and expect a customer to tell 10 people, you do terrible work and the customer will tell 100. I have posted this to Google because I have no other choice but to put a spot light on how disrespectful and just ugly that young woman was to me. Please if you are reading this, do NOT go to World finance! Covington has several locations that do the exact same loan process, TN title, Security Finance, Cash express, Ace loans and Advanced Financial to name a few.

I really appreciate getting a loan wit them the branch manager was very helpful and nice the place was clean and quiet so I'd refer people to them cause of their helpfulness and kindness
