Was previously a repeat customer, but never again. Called to pay off a loan a few months ago and was told if I left the last payment unpaid that it would help my credit ect ect. I pay all but the last payment. ITS A SET UP THEY LIED!! I ended up owing almost 3xs the amount they said! NEVER AGAIN! They're lying cheating scammers. And then want to get attitude with you for calling them out to be the liers that they are. I will never deal with this branch again. You guys should be ashamed of yourself for selling lies and then treating your clients with poor manners when to our SUPRISE you lied for a bonus you get. I was a client for over 5 years, repeat business, never had a bad account. But I will go deal elsewhere.
