Extremely rude and very unprofessional. Very difficult to purchase vehicles from. They continuously refuse to send a copy of the title to our bank so we can get a loan and will not stop making up excuses. Its as if their sole purpose is to be a nuisance to their customers and will NOT cooperate with customers or other banks. I will not be buying anything else from this buisness.

Very helpful and professional, Bev and the rest of them go above and beyond to help their clients. I would highly recommend them if you're in need of a loan.

We got an Auto Loan through Citizens last year sometime @ 10.99% which was pretty good for our credit situation at the time. Over the last 12 months or so Citizens Savings & Loan has been wonderful to deal with. Bev is always understanding, kind and professional as has been everyone we deal with there. A smaller office like this is great because you deal with real people not log on #s and user name IDs like big banks. Thanks CS&L for making the Auto Financing experience more bearable!
