OMG (Oh My Goodness) It cost $448. 95 to do a simple tax return form!!!!!! Thats ridiculously high!!!!! I could understand if we had tons of receipts and paper to wade through but this was simple!!!! And we didn’t even get the full refund she quoted us, was $871.05 less than she figured !!!! I did call to question the high cost and was told the breakdown that included the cost of several forms (needed because of having a pension)and fees as well as the 200+ to do the work!!!!!! It wasn’t a bad experience. No one was rude. The young lady was nice and completed the forms promptly but that’s just too expensive! That’s the reason for 1 star!! WE WILL NOT GO BACK!!!!!

My husband and i had a bit of difficulty but after 3 months of trying to explain things lol she was nice apologised for her misunderstanding and i did too they have always been our tax place and i like that she owned up to things
