No communication, extremely high interest being charged even after debt was charged off, does not acknowledge their own contract and arbitration agreement they make you sign upon getting the loan, quick to try and get a judgement without your knowledge or a payment agreement if you fall on hard times. Would not recommend services to anyone, unless you want to be in debt forever, put up with harrassment, and pay 5 times the amount you borrow do to the interest they charge.

Just got my second loan from them. This time I was dealing with Brittany She was very professional and polite I highly recommend this place
