This is my go to pawn shop! Has been for years! Everyone is so kind and always does what they can to help you! They even do check advances! Miss Gina is amazing and always greets me with a smile! I never leave there without a smile on face! Great place to go! You'll be taken well care of for sure!

This business is one of the friendliest businesses I've ever known. Gina Smith is so friendly and helpful, whether you want to get cash or buy an item. They have lay-away on their merchandise, which is so unusual for a pawn shop! Get a payday loan? No problem, Gina will help. Need to pawn something for cash? No problem, Judy can do it! Want to purchase something from their vast array of offerings? No problem. Any of the employees will be happy to help you. Check out their beautiful jewelry. Visited action pawn this morning because I was looking for a quality MacBook for my daughter. Mr. Denver helped us . He was kind ,professional, and extremely explanatory of the product. We left with a 2022 MacBook in excellent condition at a GREAT price !! Definitely recommend this place to everyone looking for quality products and great customer service .

Went here for years when needed. Now, they're charging interest even if you pay on the principal every 2 weeks. If you think 68 dollars is fair for a hundred dollar loan then this is the right place. Edit- All of the staff are very friendly, but every time I wasn't able to fully pay off my pawn in 30 days, I paid off the interest and put what I could towards the principal. There must be some miscommunication between different employees, because I have done this several times, and everytime before as long as I paid off the interest and and made payments within 30 days, I wasn't charged more interest. The last time, however, they made a mistake and supposedly corrected it. Then they charged me the full interest a second time. I grudgingly paid it, then went in 2 weeks later to pay 20 dollars on a 100 loan, and was told in 4 days I would owe the interest for a 3rd time. 22 dollars interest on a 100 dollar loan is fair, and if I hadn't paid every 2 weeks I would understand. Its not like I went here once or twice, I went here regularly, but I guess the policy changed. And everyone, even the employee who I didn't see before recently who charged me the interest, were friendly. It just doesn't seem like a fair business model to me, so I will be utilizing other pawn shops if needed in the future.

I came in with my guard up, but I was impressed by the honest and upfront negotiations and flexibility they showed in making a deal. I would do business with them again
