Wonderful staff here at this location. I was in the office with a friend could not believe how these girls knew their customers. I was amazed how willing there are to help.

I highly recommend this place for a loan. The lovely ladies that work there are super friendly and they treat you like family. Very understanding if you're late on a payment as long as you communicate with them.

I will never do business with Covington again. I’m on a fixed income, and don’t get my social security check until the 1st of each month. The women at the office refused to work with me on this unless I renewed the loan. I was charged a late fee and had already told me I couldn’t make my payment until the 1st. I will be paying this loan off early and moving on.

Ashley was so very helpful she saved us from homelessness and is helping me restore my credit. Her supervisor Dawn is super sweet.
