I went here yesterday, because they approved my SO, who has the same credit I do (0). She stated on the phone they can give a $350 loan to help build those with little or no credit. I rode my bike there and walked in she stated you have to call by phone for an application. I said ok I'll walk outside so I can call and do the application. She rolled her eyes and started asking me application questions. Being rude and snarky to me the whole time until she learned I was a veteran. This makes me angry cause everyone minus a few deserve the same customer service. Once finished she said we will call you after my supervisor makes a decision. I went home after 2 hours, and no phone call I had to call they denied me because no credit and I havent lived at my residence long enough because I just moved even though I've lived in TN for 3 years. Dont understand.

Worst loan place ever. They'll lie to you to get you to their store then have you drive all over the place just to decline you. They're very rude too. If you need a loan go to Service Loan in Kingsport. They are so nice and will work with you.

Always very helpful when i needed extra cash for vechile repairs.
