We were shopping at a business beside this location Friday night. It was pouring the rain when we left. We had three babies to load in the truck. We backed the back wheels of the truck on the sidewalk, so the back of the truck was under the sidewalk. They lady at Service Loans came out wanting to know what we were doing. We told her, she proceeds to go down the sidewalk into the other business yelling for the manager. I followed her to talk to the manager and she stopped and pushed her shoulder into me, and act like she was going to hit me. We had done nothing wrong. She kept saying she was calling the poice. The other lady that worked with her took pictures of our tag ,number. When we had done nothing wrong we didn't park and leave our truck, we put the kids in and was pulling in the parking lot to buckle them up. Very nasty and rude people at this business. Wouldn't want anyone working for me that treats people that way. Just two very nasty ladies Rude is all you can say.

Basically this is a scam that for some reason is still allowed to operate in a couple states. Most states have revoked their lending licences, hopefully Tennessee isn't far behind. I paid off our loan through a debt consolidation and then they constantly harass you to pay them twice. So for a simple $300 loan, we ended up paying them about $1,200. After they agreed to and received the payoff, they continue to ask for more money! The manager there would camp out at my home and office for hours too in a huge, white trash looking pickup truck. After hiring an attorney to stop the harassment, they continued and continued. We agreed to pay them off, for the second time, just to stop the continued harassment at our home and businesses. Their District Manager, Nick, received one payoff and then the office manager of the Elizabethton branch got the other, so one of them just pocketed the money. But after months of dealing with their redneck employees, my wife and I felt the second payoff was worth it to get them out of our lives. I mean, I'm sure it's not easy to hire people to do this type of work, but man....these people are handling money and dealing with the public! I wouldn't trust their employees to mow my yard, much less handle loans! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE CON ARTISTS AND WILL FLEECE YOU FOR ALL THEY CAN GET!

The 2 ladies there are not what I would have working a business I own they kept making eyes & advances towards my husband with no regards towards me at all like I wasn't even there! Very disrespectful!
