If i could rate a 0 star i would. They are rude. The office manager Heather is nothing but rude to me. I took all of the money in the office to give to them. I even called before I drove from KINGSPORT TO ELIZABETHTON to see how much it was. When i got there the price was different and I ended up having to pay more when i brought the amount i owed. If you want to be harassed everyday when your a couple of days late or them call all your references everyday when you don’t answer the phone. Then this is the place to go!!! I wouldnt refer anyone to this scam of a “business.”

Called to get info about their loans and the woman couldn't even give me an example of the interest rate/Apr or any of that. I tried to give an example of "if I got x amount, what would I pay back?" She literally still said "it depends on the amount you get". Thats how ya know theyre rip offs. Lol. Just lost a customer.

Great people here. They have always treated me with respect and courtesy. AAAA+++ Would definitely recommend!!!!
