They both have excellent customer service skills and I would highly recommend them to anyone who asks for a good place to get a payday loan! Lisa was our loan officer and she was super friendly and super helpful. Samantha assisted when Lisa’s computer wouldn’t work and they got us in and out of there in 30 minutes

Negative one star. I was trying to get a flex loan and my friend drove me there bc I'm disabled and me and her got kicked out of the store and told not to come back. We weren't even rude to her. I talk to myself out loud and that's what I was doing and she thought I was talking to her. I didn't even cuss but she was rude to us the second we stepped foot in the store. I do not recommend that you would ever use their service.
