Everyone I've encountered here has been very sweet, upbeat, and so helpful. I don't feel judged for needing the help either. The only complaints I have is the interest is extremely high (not unusual though) & the process to get the check loan the first time took a while.... BUT, the lady that we were working with was fun to talk to while we worked on getting everything started. I'm thankful for you all.

The 2 lady's thay work there are so nice. Connie's is amazing. They make u feel like family and very welcoming. They provide great customer service. I wouldn't go anywhere else for a loan. Great people to do business with!

Awful place to work. And being on the inside, Flex loans are rip offs.. pay $70, and $10 goes to the principle. That $140 a month these people pocket and put $20 to my loan RICH GET RICHER & THE POOR GET POORER!!
