Victoria and her staff are truly amazing, I was having a hard time a yr and half ago, they worked quickly to get me approved for a loan, very professional and when you walk in they always greet you with a smile and ask how you’re doing! I would 10/10 recommend if you ever need help!

This is a great place to get a loan, the employees are friendly and knowledgeable. They go out of their way to make you feel like a valued customer.

I was a customer in the Portland tn store in good standing and had paid my account off here in the Fayetteville tn store had no problem doing that . I was leaving with my girlfriend here who was a care giver for her mother and 90 year old father. I won't do to re establish my account here in Fayetteville useing her address where I was actually leaving, and receiving mail. The young lady that was helping me was very nice and porfecitional. Eveyone in the office we're nice except for a man who said he was the area superviser. This man was rude to me and question everything. He won't to call the seniors who are sick to verify I leaved there even thou the Portland office send me my excess payment check to this address he said that that was not good anough to be approved even thou I had been a long time customer. He said that if he could not call them he would pull the loan back that the office manager had already approved and will my name on the mail and check in front of him. This man was very rude to me. I told him I would go back to the Portland store where that should me respect. I will never uses the office in Fayetteville again.

Called me on the 13th of November and said I could skip my payment if I renewed. With the Holidays around the corner I asked If I went ahead and paid THEN renewed if I could skip next months payment. I was told yes. Then I got a notification that I had a payment due on 12/28. I called to explain the whole reason that paid my November payment then renewed was to skip a payment during the holidays. The lady continued to argue with me and REPEATEDLY TALKED OVER ME then acts suprised when I lose my cool. I will admit that I cussed when I told her to stop talking over me. But whether they intentionally or unintentionally mislead me I will no longer do business with after this loan and to recommend that no one else does as well.

Always had a great time with these guys done multiple loans with them and never had a problem even when I messed stuff up
