This is a morally terrible company! My wife, whom I just married, was completely taken advantage of by Regency Finance Company! Her at the time husband took out a $3,000 loan several years ago for a vehicle. He died before it was paid off leaving my wife now with the bill. The insurance DID NOT cover the loan for whatever reason and now, a single mother of 3, was forced to pay for a vehicle she didn't even have! They sued her when she obviously wasn't able to make the payments several years later, I settled with Regency Finance for, GET THIS, $4,000!! It's all they would accept! Oh, and did I mention my wife already paid almost $7,000 to them but the interest and court fees, oh me oh my! I understand the company did every LEGAL thing by the book, but they had an opportunity to help a single mother of 3 and refused! I swear, from this day forward, I will speak this truth against Regency Finance until I feel they've lost the money they got off of us from potential new customers!
