You made the signing easy, the electronic documents sped things up, the easy process with Mark and his team including Amy requesting documents with specific items was very straight forward. The relationship between my Realtor, Drew Johnson and my mortgage guy Mark Rood, made things much easier because they would talk almost daily about my loan, and I'm sure other loans. The point being is that with the communication between everyone, it definitely helped speed the process up. Even with the hurdles I had, and 2 extensions on my offer on my new home, loanDepot, Mark Rood, Drew Johnson, never once gave up on me. She is very patient with me and my questions. Even if she has answered something before. It is kind of a whirlwind of documents so I don't remember everything. I would say thorough as well. She really knows her stuff and I'm so glad we are working with Ira.
