They are down to earth people, and are eager to take chances on those who are responsible, but just don't have credit history yet. They are professional and have a very "small town feel" to them. Mr. Giles is a cool guy and will explain everything in a way for younger people to understand. They get a kick out of people growing and succeeding financially as indicated by the personal questions regarding my future. These folks have soul, that's for sure. I had never borrowed anything in my life and was pleasantly surprised with the warmth and candor that was presented to me. Thanks Tim!
