Great experience.. walked me through the process easily… was able to get approved…. Great staff!! Highly recommend going there if need a quick loan

Was informed that to cash a money order that was purchased from Advanced Financial there would be a fee of from 1 to 10 % of the amount of the money order to get it cash. I asked them what the fee would be on a $170.00 Advanced Financial money order they kept repeating it would be between 1 & 10% of the amount of the money order instead of answering my question. They said the person would have to come into their location to find out how much the fee would be on an Advanced Financial money order for $170.00. So, to get an Advanced Financial Money order cashed you not only pay a fee but pay for the gas it takes to get there to find out what the fee is. Bad Customer Service, In my opinion.

I've been coming to this location going on 3 years now every week and every time I come in I feel welcomed with warm and friendly smiles and have had the best customer service from their entire team. Mr Scott, Mrs Alicia, Mrs d'eashia and Mrs Meagan have all been above and beyond customer service and I will continue to come every time I need your services

This experience has truly been something of a breath of fresh air. The staff here were definitely professional. I believe everything I may have had any questions on and/ or about was answered to the best of the staffs ability, without being complicated about what I needed from them and visa versa
