I have been doing business with them several years, Brenda took care of us and she was awesome.Now since she left they don't seemed to know what their doing.. We came in to redo our loan account and Shiloh took care of that. This morning we checked bank account and they pulled 215.17 which made us overdrawn. Called Shiloh, she told me that she was not suppose to redo loan, so she reversed our account back to previous loan and took out a payment . We were never contacted.and when we contacted Shiloh she said can't do anything. Would get supervisor to contact us no one has. go back to previous
