I been customer since 2017. Payments seem more reasonable than other companies I have dealt with. Only complaint I have is I'm unable to setup an online account so I can pay online. Refuses to take any password I try to use. So I do what I did before pay in person or over the phone.

If you have to use them, don't ever be late with a payment. They will literally come to your house, use a people search engine to get phone numbers of people associated with you and call them, and that is before you're even 30 days behind. I totally get trying to collect a debt, but they take it to stalker level. All of the above happened over a $600 unsecured loan, and a $90 missed payment.
