Though out the years I have work for family owned businesses that were loyal to banking with Home Federal, and have become one myself.The Friendly staff especially Carol is always going above and beyond helping Customers understand and navigate during difficult times, such as last year. It was always good to see her or hear her smile! Thank you all for everything you do.

Federal in the name, but not a Federal Credit Union. Was hoping to find an ATM that didnt have a service charge and found this plast listed with the "federal" name, thinking it was a federal credit union member, which includes a lengthy list of credit unions around the country that are all service charge free ATM options.

I have been a customer at home federal for over 20 years and have never had any bad experience with them. Everyone who has worked at the bank have become personal friends and has always offered to help in any way. I can trust anyone at this bank with any problem and have no fear it won't be solved.

It's the best bank in sevier county brenda,Patti, and Carol are like family they are always spot on when it comes to there job I've banked there for almost 30 years and they are great people wouldn't go anywhere else to do my banking
