The loans are reasonable and the staff are always up front and able to assist in whatever is needed. This is a first-class loan service and deserves accolade for their customer service. Make sure to bring any financial accounts and documentation, any serial numbers of collateral, and be reasonable with yourself on what you can or can't afford to pay every month. Sometimes they have more business than staff members, so be prepared to wait for 10 or 15 minutes.
