We lost our home and everything we owned a year ago. We had no idea that through our loan that there was insurance on our items used as collateral. When Katie came back to the Huntingdon office and found out about our situation she went above and beyond for us. She filed a claim (even though deadline had passed) stuck with it and got it approved! She was just as excited for the claim approval as we were to hear the news.
