Patty and Robin Did can show you what real customer service is about. It was end of day and the store was closing. They took time out even after closing to make sure everything went smoothly with no incident. These girls did a fine job at making me feel at home and comfortable. They were very professional and explained everything very well. I would highly recommend doing business at the LaFollette branch. Thank you all for your help!!

Robin is amazing she help my family and me out a lot drove an hour away and Robin waited on me and was very much helpful with me very polite and example of wait great costume service is I appreciate how nice she was let alone her waiting on me. And don't want to forget the interests rate isn't high at all I've been to several places and you paying way more back then wait you get so that's always a plus but the customer service can not forget that at all...

Michelle took excellent care of me today at the Jacksboro location. Freindly and patient and went above and beyond and got me approved. Don’t go to UT federal credit Union. Waste of time.
