Cash Express, Jackson, TN

Had a computer generated refund check for a product I purchased from a major corporation. So I patiently waited in line 15 minutes because there was one teller. Now I've been there B4 to cash checks, however didn't realize the archaic method used to verify funds by calling. The person on the other end didn't know who to transfer the teller to & rightfully so. Therefore, the company would have to find who, what & when someone could call back. Meanwhile the teller asked me if I wanted to wait. Wait, for what & you don't know when so why would I wait. Seriously I will never go back nor do I care if I ever cash the check. Waste of time & no time for ignorance by using archaic methods. Unless they change there process to be aligned with the 21st century I wouldn't waste my time.

I would highly recommend not using this place after they say they can do something, but then they can’t do it so with that being said, don’t waste your time they are also very rude and very bias
