Mrs Valerie was patient and kind. She worked with me and my situation as best as she could. She even worked through her lunch break to get me where I needed to be. Which rarely happens. I'm happy to have her assist me and would highly recommend her to anyone needing help.

Mrs Misty and her staff are very nice, friendly , understandable people and they always greet customers at the door. They make you feel comfortable and will not try to take advantage of you . They will explain everything you need to know about the loan you applied for the rates and payments. They are willing and able to work with you on any loan and the payments are also reasonable to pay back . I feel as if I continue to make my payments they will always help me out at a time of need. Very rude workers, had someone call me demanding a payment and I just told her, I would make my payments online tomorrow. I've asked several times for my account to be transfer to dyersburg location or another location. I am fed up with customer service at this location and need corporate ASAP.
