I got a pre approved offer in the mail of up to $3,000 without going to a branch. I got online did the application and entered the offer code and at the end of the application I was told we may be still able to help you that you need to call your local branch. I called my local branch and I was denied. Why even send me a pre approval if your just going to deny me?

Terrible place with terrible service. Sent me an unsolicited loan check that I thought would be similar to other competitors’ loan checks I’d received in the past. It came at an opportune time so I gave them a shot. Worst financial decision I ever made. They made no contact about when my payment was due until my payment was late. Then they changed their business name. They never sent requested information. After a year into the loan, I still owed more than I originally borrowed. Thank God for a stimulus bill to help pay this off in a lump sum or I guess I’d be paying them forever. There’s a lot of competition in this market any you can absolutely find someone better to deal with. Why is zero stars not an option?
