I really like this Covington in Jefferson. The ladies are very nice and down to home as can be. I've never been in the office as all our business has been through the telephone and internet, but they are very helpful, quick, and great rates. I've been a customer for about a year and every time I've contacted them, it's always been great. Highly recommend Covington Credit.

This branch is unprofessional and does not know how to speak to anyone. If you are elderly and cannot make it into the branch they will call you daily and anyone on your reference list. The manager stated if someone complains on their branch they get rewarded. It’s pretty sad that a place of business gets rewarded for poor Cusick service.

They did a great job and were very professional, they also gave me a pile of cash, so there's that.

This is a great place to deal with from my experience. The ladies there treat you kindly and do not act as if they have better things to do than help the customer. I would recommend their company/office.
