My first loan. I want too say thank you Starsha for helping me on my loan. It's about good customer service from you and your coworker, but it also helps when customers have proper information to get a loan. Dont complain if you can't get your information together its not securitys finnances fault. Again thanks to Starsha, RAYMOND ESCOBAR.

I have been doing business with Security finance for quite some time(couple years now). After my experience today,I will pay off the loan and won’t be back. Security finance doesn’t dictate my job and/or it’s policies. I prefer not to answer while I am at work, and discuss anything in front of my client . I PAID online, no one bothered to call me back or give me the chance to contact them back prior to contact my references. The hours changed so I can’t just call when I get home and maybe they will be there. I’m I came into the store to explain my situation is a little bit different. I am deeply discouraged and disappointed.

This location has been renewed ! The new manager and staff are kind ,and genuinely caring . If you're in need, I can definitely recommend stopping in and talking with them without stress of the "loan shark" attitude.
