Cx service was very poor instead of a polite denial i wasn’t even told during my call I was denied instead women kept asking questions then proceeded to know the answers and was like undermining everything I said I’ve done business with many people at a young age but never have I experienced such horrible customer service! 10/10 won’t be recommending if your in need of funds check out advance financial 24/7 they are awesome, quick, convenient. Do have higher rates but you will experience top tier customer service. I think my negative impacted account due to having a baby unexpected is what helped me dodge the bullet of doing service with these unprofessional people!

I have personally done business with Appalachian Lending for 10 years and have always had a great experience. The rates are fair but it’s the people and their customer service that keeps me coming back.

I’ve been a long time customer and normally I don’t have any issues just a couple but over all the years I have been a customer sometimes you can have issues with a employee.

Friendly staff but not so much as helpful as I wanted ( clue word I ) they did their best to help but their outside lenders have strict rules that disqualified me and my family from any help but I guess losing my means of transportation and way of supporting my family doesn't matter to them.

I have been with them for quite sometime now and the one in Johnson city is by far the best. When starting up my loan Diana has been awesome through it all. Travis also has been great. I’m never late but the past two time due to issues they have worked with me tremendously and I would 10/10 recommend getting a loan through them. They are awesome and the nicest ppl there and the only two I’ve dealt with. ❤️
