There are sooo many of these type of places. No reason to settle for this one which is fairly terrible. Getting through college, I unfortunately have had to deal with a few of these and this one is by far the worst and most inconvenient. First of all, I can never see my balance online. It only says “ contact your branch for balance”. I always like to pay some extra on my account and I never know exactly where I stand. Secondly, I went to pay this off early and they don’t take a card in office. It’s 2021. How in the world can you not take a card. You have to do it online or over the phone where guess what? You get charged a fee. No other place charges any kind of fees to simply pay your bill. Ridiculous. When I went to pay it off, I had 3 different balances? My credit report, my balance in my monthly statement in the mail, and the balance I’m told over the phone are all different. Overall, this place is inconvenient, unorganized, and apparently stuck in 1999. Not worth it all. Go elsewhere. I’ve had good experiences at a couple other.

Terrible loan service. Cant take payments to save their lives and wont take debit cards in person but claim to accept debit payments over the phone. However attempting to pay over the phone and online both ended with them saying they dont have any account with my information. When i brought this up to the people working they basically told me it was my fault that their system was defective and that i'd just have to come back and pay another day (which would be past the due date) and that i would have to pay the late fee because their system wouldnt take my payment. DO NOT EVER accept a loan from these people they are con artists.

For them to be a loan company you would think they would know how to correctly process payments. I pay the same way every single month, this being my 6th month of paying and am always early. I get the text message receipt for my payments and when I called today to make a payment I asked the woman why I was charged 3 different payment amounts out of the 5 previous payments I had made. You would think I’d asked her to tell me Albert Einstein’s shoe size! She couldn’t answer and just kept repeating how much my payment was. I said I KNOW how much my payment is SUPPOSED to be that is why I’m inquiring about the different charge amounts! Not only that but I’m genuinely SHOCKED they answered the phones because 9 times out of 10 they’re “having issues with their phones”. This place is a joke and I will be paying the loan off early JUST to be done with their mess. Very unprofessional people. They either need to get it together or go out of business.

Worst company to have a loan threw. They misrepresent there loans outrageous APR. Harassing phone calls all the time trying to up sell new loan to keep you in debt to them. Big mistake doing business with them. And now 3 months after paying them off still on my credit report as a open account. Reported to the BBB.

They are arguing or complaining most of the time. We paid 1,200 on our loan then the next month was told it can not be used as principal that it goes on the payments only. Will never use this company again.

They are CROOKS taking advantage of people.. and they will withhold information about paying it off early and Ma Sandys excuse was I have over 1200 clients I didn't have time to call you back... After she told me she would.... Then I'm not going to say I told you I'd call you back because I don't remember...WOW I hope they go out of business but most of all I hope they ask God for forgiveness for lying and taking advantage of people..
