The pre-approval process online is very easy and quick. I was surprised. The approval process does however require you to speak to a store representative and I did not have the best experience with this interaction. She was robotically professional and showed no interest in doing business with me. That was the only reason I chose not to complete my loan here.

They'll call you the day before a holiday asking for the title of your car for a secured loan, and when you insist that the DMV has it and that you'll need time to process getting the title, they'll deny your loan even though you were on track of getting approved in the first place? Completely unprofessional and I'll never recommend them to anyone I know.

I went online to stop a payment 5 days before due I was 75 dollars from being able to pay my bill in full they took it out and I now overdrafted no biggie you just took food out of the mouths of my kids , I’m to the point where I would rather leave this world cause of the stress that I have dealt with for years on paying and trying to do the right thing

The people were very friendly but on a supposedly pre-approved personal loan offer, they needed collateral and ultimately shot my loan down. Don't fall for the pre-approved offers from this lender.
