I went here to get my income tax check cashed….The staff were extremely friendly, and wonderful representatives for the company, but the fees are extremely high. It costed $300 for a $5800 check to be cashed. I’m leaving 4 stars for the expensive fee, but the service of the employees are 5+ stars. They were great.

Sandi was the employee that greeted me with a smile .She was extremely professsional and courteous. I thank her for explaining everything fully and for being so patient. Ive never had a better and more personable experience with a flex loan. I recommend this place to all family and friends.

I have never seen such high interest rates. The staff are friendly but good God at the cost of a loan through this company. It's insane.

Jessica served us tonight. She was very patient and kind. She was willing to take the time out to help get things done . All while she was there working all alone . I definitely recommend not only advance financial but recommend you coming in and seeing Jessica there . You wont be dissapointed at all .

When I tell you that this place is the best place to go compared to your typical payday or title loan place, I mean it. Not only are their rates and services fair, but their customer service is unmatched. Norma helped me with my financial situation, and she was very friendly and the other girls Elisabeth and rhiana were very kind and made a point to talk to me even when I wasn’t their customer. I love this place and atmosphere.

I go in mainly for western union pickup. The girls there are always so sweet and helpful! They are always helpful in answering any questions you have and can do anything you need them to financially. I love going there
