The reason why I gave it a one star is what they done. Had been with them a long time & then all of a sudden bam. My grandmother had an account with them. She got sick & had to be hospitalized. So they wouldn't work with her nor owing much on a payment they picked up her car. To me that's low.. they wanted to talk to her but she was in no shape to talk. They wouldn't talk to me. They keep demanding they talk to her. I had told them what was going on. To me it's sad. So if you deal with them all I can say is be careful
