I had never used a check cashing place before at all. I found myself needing to get cash sometimes on the weekend when my bank was closed. The very first time that I went to cash my proll check there was an issue. Because I had never been there before (and didn’t bring my pay stub) they denied it. However thankfully ERICA was working that day. She was so helpful ~ calmly explaining to me probably why it was denied. She suggested that I get the paystub and come back.(I didn’t know to bring that with me). Sure enough the next day I took paystub back with the check and it went right through. Now I try to go when I know that ERICA is going to be there. She is like a ray of sunshine when I walk through the door. She knows me by name and always asks about my family. All of the employees that I have met there have been great, but it seems like she just goes above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy. Give them a try. You won’t be disappointed.

Can I leave two reviews! I say this because I'm not sure the man in front of me will be getting on the internet. As I entered the building, I saw a Hispanic man trying to explain something about a bill. I noticed how patient the lady helping him was and I was very impressed. A+++ When it was my turn, I learned her name was Erica. Erica was very knowledgeable and patient. I was hesitant about stopping but she definitely made me realize that I made a good choice. I will definitely return. Thanks Advance Financial and Thank you Erica!

Erica was so informative and helpful. My boyfriend doesn’t speak much English and she was so patient with him. Most people get flustered or even rude but she never did. I really appreciate how kind she was to us! I will be sending all of his coworkers your way.

Professional and friendly courteous staff. Erica takes care of all my needs. When I'm in the area, I stop just to visit. Rocky does a great job as well.
