Jennifer is AMAZING at her job!! I had come in once today and forgotten an item that I needed for my advance. When I came back, she was now by herself and INCREDIBLY busy. She had 3 or 4 guests in here before I came in, and couple that came in after me that were able to be helped on a separate computer, as their transaction had not already been started on the main one she was using. She was very diligently taking care of more than one person at a time, and very apologetic to everyone concerning their wait time. Everyone was taken care of in the most timely manner possible and left happy and satisfied with their results!
