Gave 2 stars because the girl who helped me initially was really nice . However this company is not good for you if you are already in a financial bind or a minority . THIS COMPANY HAS SEVERAL LAWSUITS AGAINST THEM. And is also named a Predatory company . They will promote late fees and make it impossible for you to catch up . So they can charge you double what you borrowed and will not care or allow any options besides paying 800 a month by court order and serving you to an old address to make sure you don’t show or know what’s coming. aDon’t bother asking anyone about options or help because they will treat you like you are a bother and rudely tell you to”just come up with some money and get it fixed “ as If that was a possible option .and on top of that laugh giggle when you mention becoming homeless because they are taking 800-900 a month from people who can’t afford it.

Melissa is so awesome to work with, and I would recommend Mariner Finance at Callahan to anyone. She made this process so easy and was so nice!

Melissa was extremely helpful, and even went out of her way to correct an error I had made. She has a sweet personality, yet very professional! I highly recommend her as your representative!
