Get a pre-approval, good credit and good income. When it comes time for the actual approval it's "we need your car title to secure this." Mind you I've been a customer of this company for years and have my payments auto deducting out of my account. Never missed a single payment. If the company has changed to a title loan company then just say that up front. But the representative, once I expressed my concerns of not wanting to use my title just blew me off, with "okay thanks, bye." Years ago the representative I worked with was amazing but this go around it wasn't a pleasurable experience.

Melody was amazing. She walked me through the steps I needed to take. She explained everything in layman"s terms that I could understand regarding the loan. Excellent company! Excellent Person who works with your company.

The office on Merchant's Drive in Knoxville is fantastic. What great customer service and quality of work. I appreciate their fast and efficiant customer care. I've been a customer for several years now and I am pleased with how they handle business

This company will call you 2 and 3 times a day over 15 dollars and treat you like your way behind on payments. I will not be renewing I am ready to pay it off and go separate ways from this company!!
