The ladies that work at World Finance are wonderful. It is a great experience.

Tiffany is a great manager there! She did my taxes and helped me figure out things so maybe I can learn and possibly one day be able to do it on my own. If I call with a question and she wasn’t there I always got a call back. These people do your taxes just like turbo tax does taxes. They ARE NOT the IRS once they send it out it is out of their hands so it’s not their fault your taxes took forever to get back. This year everyone is waiting. She did mine March 10th and I’m still waiting on mine and please believe me I’m no where close to rich. I’m making it barely week to week but I’m not going to blame them for my taxes not getting back yet. I mad at the IRS and their shortage of employees. Please people can we please get common sense!!!

Great experience all around. They helped me slide through the process without and issues, eventhough I had to grab more verifaication paperwork from my home. They Mainstream very well.
